Terms of service

By using Bindery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Bindery provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and related files. Free use includes 3 completed jobs per UTC day, 25 MB per file, 5 OCR pages per day and 2 files per Pipeline. Free PDF exports generated by the studio include a visible Made with Bindery watermark; Pro exports without added branding. Non-PDF exports and received signed documents are not retroactively branded. Original files are unchanged. Free includes one locally saved recipe. New free signature requests and form links are branded before signing or filling. You are responsible for having the rights to process your files and for checking generated results before relying on them.

Bindery Pro

Bindery Pro is offered as monthly or annual recurring access and, while displayed at checkout, a one-time lifetime option. Prices and billing terms are shown before payment. Recurring plans renew until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal and remain available through the paid period. Lifetime means access to the Pro features of the Bindery product for as long as the product is operated; it is not a promise that the service will operate indefinitely. Except where required by law, completed billing periods and one-time purchases are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bindery to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that every output will be error-free or suitable for a particular legal, financial, medical, or professional purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
