Bindery parses the page’s content stream and shows every image and text block it draws as a selectable box. Delete removes the drawing operators; move and resize wrap the object in a transform that is undone straight after it, so fonts, colours and everything else on the page stay exactly as they were. Text stays text.
Honest scope: objects drawn inside form XObjects (common in office exports) are counted but not editable yet, and text blocks are edited as blocks, not letter by letter — use Markup’s smart replace to change words. Bindery runs entirely in your browser — your file is never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete from a server afterwards.

Editing the page, not a picture of it
A PDF page is a list of drawing instructions: place this image here, draw this text run there. Bindery parses that content stream and shows every image and text block as a selectable box on a real render. Delete removes the object’s drawing operators; move and resize wrap the object in a transform that is undone immediately afterwards, so fonts, colours and everything else on the page stay exactly as they were. Nothing is rasterised — text stays text and the file stays small.

Honest limits
Objects drawn inside form XObjects — nested drawings that office software often exports — are counted but not editable yet. Text blocks move and delete as blocks; to change the words, use Replace text in Markup. Removing an object leaves its resources in the file until the next rewrite, so run Compress on the Print target afterwards if the point was to shrink the file.

Questions people ask
Does it keep text selectable?
Yes. Blocks are moved or removed at the operator level, so the text remains real text; nothing is converted to an image.
Why can’t I select some objects?
They live inside a form XObject — a nested drawing the page reuses. Bindery reports how many there are; editing inside forms is on the roadmap.
Is the document uploaded?
No. Parsing and rewriting happen entirely in your browser.

Can I add a new image to the page?
Not in this tool. Place a text label or box with Markup; for a new image, add it in the authoring application and re-export, or overlay it as an image watermark on the page.
Does deleting an object reduce the file size?
Not by itself — the image data may remain until the file is rewritten. Compress on the lossless Print target to drop unused resources.
