Every page appears as a live thumbnail on a board. Click a page to select it, move it left or right, rotate it in 90° steps (the preview turns with it), or delete it. When the board looks right, Bindery writes a fresh PDF in exactly that order.
Your original file stays untouched — the result is a new document. Bindery runs entirely in your browser — your file is never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete from a server afterwards.

One board for reorder, rotate and delete
Most page problems arrive together: a scanner fed two pages upside down, the appendix landed before the summary, and a blank sheet slipped into the middle. Organize handles all of them in one pass so you download one corrected file instead of three intermediate ones. Every page is a real thumbnail rendered from your document, so what you see on the board is what the new PDF will contain.
- Reorder: select a page and move it left or right; the sequence updates as you go.
- Rotate: 90° steps on the selected page; the thumbnail turns with it, so a sideways scan is obvious and the fix is visible.
- Delete: remove blank, duplicated or unrelated pages; they are simply not copied into the result.
What changes and what does not
Bindery writes a new PDF that copies the pages you kept in the order you set. Page content is untouched — text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and the page size of each page is preserved. Rotation is written into the page itself, so the corrected orientation shows in every viewer. Because the output is a fresh document, bookmarks and form fields that referred to the old page order are not carried over; flatten a filled form before reorganizing if its answers must stay visible.

Questions people ask
Can I fix a page scanned sideways?
Yes — select it and rotate in 90° steps; the thumbnail shows the true result before you commit.
Does deleting pages here remove them permanently?
From the new output file, yes. Your original PDF is never modified.
Are my pages uploaded?
No — the board, the previews and the rewrite all happen in your browser.
Can I undo a change on the board?
Nothing is written until you apply the changes, so you can keep moving, rotating and restoring pages on the board. If the downloaded result is wrong, your original file is untouched — run the tool again from it.
Does organizing pages reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are into the new file. Rotation is stored as a page attribute, not a re-rendered image, so text remains text and images keep their pixels.
Can I organize a very large PDF?
Files up to 25 MB on the free plan, any size on Pro. Files over 200 MB open in big-file mode, where only Split and Extract can stream them; extract the pages you need first, then organize the extract.
