Mix Pages opens every source PDF on one board and labels each page by document, so you can interleave a cover letter, a report and selected appendix pages in exactly the sequence you need. Move any page, remove irrelevant sections and preview the final order before writing the combined document.
Unlike a basic merge, you are not forced to keep each input file intact. Bindery runs entirely in your browser — your file is never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete from a server afterwards.

Interleave, not just stack
Merge puts whole files one after another. Mix pages opens every page of every file on a single board so the sequence can be anything: the cover letter, then pages 1–3 of the report, then one appendix page, then the rest of the report. Each thumbnail keeps a colour-coded badge naming its source document, so a fifty-page board is still readable. Move pages, remove the ones that do not belong, and write one combined PDF in exactly that order.

What the combined file keeps
Pages are copied unchanged from their sources, so text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and each page keeps its own size and orientation. Because the output is a new document, it does not inherit bookmarks or form fields from any of the inputs. If a source contains a filled form, flatten it before mixing so the answers stay visible; if a page arrives sideways, rotate it — either before, or afterwards on the result with Organize.

Tips
- Add the files in roughly the right order: the board starts with them stacked, so less moving is needed.
- Delete freely — nothing is removed from the source files.
- Name the output before writing it.
- For a plain end-to-end stack, Merge is faster and can add a bookmark per source.

Can I use the same page twice in the result?
The board holds each source page once. To repeat a page, mix once, then merge the result with an extract of the page you want to repeat.
Does mixing change page sizes or quality?
No. Each page keeps its size, orientation and content. Use Resize afterwards if the combined file must be uniform.
