The optional account stores an email address and sign-in identity, your plan, a minimal daily job count and any synced Pro recipes and presets — the steps and settings of a workflow, not the files that pass through it. Stripe handles payment details; Supabase provides authentication and entitlement storage. Secure handoff links and signature requests are the only features that touch Bindery’s storage, and they receive packages sealed on your device with AES-256 together with token and SHA-256 hashes; the key stays in the link you send. Teams adds shared presets, a count-only view of jobs per member without file names or sizes, and an audit log of admin actions. Bindery makes no claim of accounting-standard or regulatory certification; it removes the upload and leaves your own confidentiality practice in place.

How reliable is PDF to Excel on bank statements?
Good on statements downloaded from online banking, which have a text layer and neatly aligned columns; rows come from lines and columns from the gaps between them. Currency strings stay text so nothing is silently changed. Scanned or photographed statements need OCR first, and OCR can misread a digit, so reconcile totals.
Can the whole practice use the same settings?
Yes. Teams shares recipes, tool presets, signature images and a logo with every member, and admins can set a default such as stripping metadata from every output. Members’ documents stay on their own devices; only the settings are shared.
Is there a limit on how many statements I can convert?
The free plan allows ten completed jobs per UTC day across all tools, with no file-size cap of Bindery’s own. Pro, at $5 a month, removes the daily limit and lets pipelines run across more than five files at once.
