That holds on a phone as much as on a laptop — sharing a PDF into the installed app on Android hands it to the browser on the device, not to a server. The optional account stores an email address and sign-in identity, plan status, a minimal daily job count and any synced Pro recipes and presets. Can I do this from my phone between showings?
Yes. On Android, install Bindery from Chrome and share a PDF from any app straight into it; on iPhone, add it to the home screen from Safari and open files from the Files picker. Signing works with a finger, and every tool runs on the phone rather than on a server.
Will compressing an inspection report ruin the photos?
At Balanced, no: images are kept at 150 DPI, which looks the same on screen and on an office printer, and the size of each level is shown before you choose. Email & web at 96 DPI is for screen-only copies. Text is never touched, so the report stays searchable.
Are the collected signatures legally binding?
The completed file carries each signer’s drawn signature, a hash-chained audit page and a certification with an RFC 3161 timestamp — the evidence trail electronic-signature laws describe. Whether that suffices for a particular contract depends on your jurisdiction; check with your broker or counsel.
