The pack is one PDF: a contents page lists every document with its page numbers, each document gets a bookmark, photos are turned upright and set on A4 or Letter pages, and the whole file is fitted under 10 MB so it goes by email — change the figure if the agent states another. Each document is unlocked and stripped of scripts on the way, and a checklist comes with the file saying what is included and what the checklist still expects. Everything runs in your browser; your payslips and statements never leave your device.
How it works
- Open Application pack — the rental checklist and one combined PDF are chosen — and drop your documents
- Check where each file landed and type the size limit the agent gives, or keep 10 MB
- Build the pack and download one PDF with a contents page, plus its checklist
Questions people ask
Can I send separate files instead of one PDF?
Yes. Switch to “Separate files (ZIP)” and each document is its own PDF, named with the pattern you choose — for example Doe_Jane_Income.pdf — and fitted under a per-file limit instead of a total one.
Should I black out anything before sending bank statements?
Many people cover account numbers and transactions an agent does not need. Do that before building the pack with Bindery’s Redact tool, which removes the text under each box rather than drawing over it, then add the redacted file to the pack.
Is it really free?
Building a pack is one of your 3 free jobs a day, with files up to 25 MB each, and it needs no account. Free PDFs carry a small “Made with Bindery” line on every page, including the contents page; Pro removes it and the caps.
