Which patterns can I use?

Any mix of {date}, {title}, {from}, {number}, {amount}, {name} (the current name) and {n} (the order in the list), with your own text between them.

Will two files ever get the same name?

No — the second becomes name_2, so nothing is overwritten when you unzip.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The files are read and renamed on your device.
