Either way the pages are copied into a fresh file rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable, links keep working and scans keep their resolution. Only the fonts and images the chosen pages use are written, which is why a few pages cut from a heavy scan are a fraction of its size — often the quickest way under an upload limit. Everything runs in your browser: the document is never uploaded, and the file on your disk is not modified.

How it works

  1. Drop the PDF and open Extract pages — every page appears as a thumbnail
  2. Click the pages to cut out, or type ranges such as 1-3, 8
  3. Save them as a new PDF; the original stays as it was

Questions people ask

Can I cut several separate ranges at once?

Yes. Type a mixed range such as 1-3, 8, 11-12 or click any combination of thumbnails; all selected pages go into one new PDF in their original order. For one file per range, run Extract once per range or use Split.

How do I remove pages instead of keeping them?

Use Delete pages (or Organize, which also rotates and reorders): select the unwanted pages, delete them, and save. The removed pages are not copied into the new file at all, so they cannot be recovered from it.

Is my document uploaded?

No. Selection and extraction happen in your browser. Extract is part of the free plan — three completed jobs per UTC day and files up to 25 MB, with a small “Made with Bindery” watermark on free exports that Pro removes.
