Each document is unlocked, flattened, stripped of scripts and attachments and fitted under the per-file limit — a starting point for you to change to the figure your checklist gives. Files are named with a pattern such as {last}_{first}_{doc}, so the passport comes out as Doe_Jane_Passport.pdf, and the photo is handed over as the image it is, renamed, because IRCC sets its own photo rules. You download a ZIP with every document and a checklist of what is ready, what is missing and what needs you. Nothing is uploaded, and the checklist is a common starting point, not an official IRCC list.

How it works

  1. Open Application pack — the IRCC checklist is already chosen
  2. Drop every document; match anything the names do not explain
  3. Build the pack and download the ZIP with the readiness checklist

Questions people ask

Is this an official IRCC checklist?

No. It is the common set of documents PR, study and work applications ask for, as a starting point. Your own document checklist governs: add, remove and reorder slots to match it, and set the per-file limit your upload page states.

My scan is over 4 MB.

The pack fits each document under the limit as it builds — the same size search the Upload-ready tool uses, text kept as text. A long statement with many scans may still not fit; extract the pages the slot needs first, or raise the limit if your upload allows.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. Everything — reading, straightening, converting, naming, sizing — happens in your browser tab, and nothing is sent to Bindery or anywhere else.
